Temperature Transmitter

The Holtek temperature transmitter (4~20mA) uses a measurement dedicated MCU, the BH66F5242, which reduces the solution cost on the basis of ensuring perfect functions. The device includes a fully integrated LDO, OPA and a 12-bit D/A converter to drive the sensor together with a constant voltage/constant current circuit. The 24-bit Delta Sigma ADC is used to accurately sample sensor signals. The 16-bit PTM can generate a high-resolution PWM for 4~20mA current transmission.
