For the HT-ICE model TICE46C-CCD, its I/O port might result in occasional latch-up. Users are recommended to return their unit to where it was purchased and avail of a replacement with a new model TICE46SER0000A. The TICE46C-CCD model will be suspended after SP1, with a warning message "Error incorrect ICE version, please update new ICE".
