Revision # 1.30   Modifications made on June 29, 2004

  • At the Pin Assignment diagram, Pin Description table and other related sections, the pin label REF was modified as REFB.
  • The Pad Assignment diagram and Pad Coordinates table were removed.
  • The Pad Description section was modified into Pin Description section, with the table titles changed to Pin No. and Pin Name, the Pin No. 3 description for 3 channels mode deleted and a row for Pin No. 22, 26, NC for No connection was added.
  • At the A.C. Characteristics table, the tMAX Parameter was modified to CDS/SHA Mode.
