Revision # 1.40   Modifications made on January 12, 2006

• At the Electrical Characteristics table, the Typ. and Max. values for quiescent current were modified.

Revision # 1.30   Modifications made on January 26, 2005

• The Selection Table was modified and a Note about the package markings for the lead free devices was added.
• At the Electrical Characteristics table, the unit for the Temperature Coefficient for all the products in the series was modified from ppm/°C to mV/°C.

Revision # 1.20   Modifications made on September 7, 2004

• At the Selection Table and Pin Assignment section, the TO-92-B package were deleted.

Revision # 1.10   Modifications made on July 30, 2004

• At the Electrical Characteristics section, some changes were made on
  the tables for the HT7318, HT7325, HT7327, HT7330, HT7333, HT7335
  and HT7350, such as:
  • all the Load Regulation Test Condition range  were modified.
  • all the Typ. values for the Dropout Voltage were also modified.
