Revision # 1.30   Modifications made on February 13, 2003

  • At the Features, D.C. Characteristics sections and other related sections, the previous Operating voltage range of 4.2V~5.5V was changed to 4.4V~5.5V.

Revision # 1.20   Modifications made on January 9, 2003

  • At the Features section and other related sections, the Operating voltage range of 4.0V~5.5V was changed to 4.2V~5.5V.
  • At the Absolute Maximum Ratings section, the value for the Supply Voltage range was modified.
  • At the Suspend Wake-up Remote Wake-up section, the Timing diagrams were  modified.
  • At the Function table for MISC registers, LEN0 was modified as R/W.
  • At the Application Circuits diagram, the values for the two 33pF capacitance were changed to 22pF. A note referring to that was added below.
