The Board of Directors resolved the proposal of dividends

Holtek Semiconductor Inc. today announced the board of directors resolved the proposal for distribution of a cash dividend of NT$2.497 per common share. Such proposal of a cash dividend has to be further approved by the annual shareholders’ meeting, which will be held on June 15, 2010.
